Choose a desired Gift Voucher amount and contact us at info@galeriariver.com. We will send you a pro forma invoice to make a bank transfer. After we receive the respective funds, we will e-mail you the Gift Voucher, which can be exchanged for goods and services at Galeria River and any other property managed by Burja Hotels.

• HOW TO USE

The Gift Voucher contains a Promo Code which can be applied to an online reservation on any of Burja Hotels’ properties’ websites. At the time of booking the Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from the total reservation amount. All bookings are subject to availability. Galeria River booking policies apply.

• EXPIRATION DATE

The Gift Voucher has an expiration date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• NON-RETURNABLE

Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.

• NO LIABILITY, LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Protect this Gift Voucher like cash. Neither Galeria River nor Burja Hotels are responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers or unauthorized use. If your Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, immediately contact Galeria River. Your Gift Voucher will be cancelled and a new one will be issued to you. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced without an original invoice of purchase.
