Guesthouse Policies

Arrival and departure

 

Check-in: from 15:00 until 20:00. For later arrivals contact us in advance to check whether it can exceptionally be arranged. The Front Desk must confirm any exceptions to the standard check-in time before your arrival.

 

Check-out: until 11:00.

 

Extra beds

 

Extra beds are available upon request in some room categories and must be confirmed in advance. A surcharge is applicable.

 

Parking

 

Public parking (NUK II) is available 200m from our guesthouse and costs approx. 21 EUR/day.

 

Pets

 

Pets are all welcome only if previously announced. A surcharge of 10 EUR/per/night is applicable.

To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card details to perform a pre-authorisation.

 

A pre-authorisation is a type of credit check (temporary block), not a deposit or a charge. You will pay the total cost of your booking upon arrival.

 

Cancellation policies

 

Standard: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that or in case of a no-show the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

Plan Ahead & Save: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that or in case of a no-show the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

Non-Refundable: A prepayment for the entirety of the reservation is required at the time of booking. No changes or modifications are possible free of charge at any given time.
